EVALUATION
It is important to us to reflect transparently on working conditions, our own pedagogical actions, various interaction processes as well as structures and processes. Among other things, we provide parents with an evaluation form once a year in which we reflect on important core processes on the basis of questions and subsequently deal with them in the whole team. Our aim is to evaluate, develop and ensure the quality of the work under certain aspects.
