We conduct individual development talks for each child. We use self-developed sheets according to the Lower Saxony orientation plan for education and upbringing. These are also based on scientifically proven developmental psychological principles.
The level of development of the children is recorded in the learning and experience fields of linguistic, physical and mental development as well as social learning. The focus is particularly on talents, preferences and special abilities. In addition to educational goals in daycare, the development status is reflected on the questionnaire together with the parents. Subsequently, new goals are documented.
After a birthday, the child is closely observed by the reference educator and the development sheet is supplemented accordingly. At the end, our specialists offer the parents a development talk.
The schoolchildren‘s questionnaire is drawn up for all children at the beginning of the last year before starting school. On this basis, the cooperation talks with the schools will take place from February after consultation with the parents.
In addition to the development talks, individual feedback talks are possible at any time by appointment.
