TRANSITION TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 

Only through close cooperation between parents, educators and teachers the transition to elementary school can succeed smoothly. In February we offer another parent meeting for all parents of future school children. The educators use the monitoring and development sheet to report on the child's current state of development and discuss the further transition to the respective elementary school.

Our aim is to offer the best possible starting conditions to the children for their new phase of life. It is important to us to create optimal educational opportunities for every child and to respond to individual needs and potentials.

For this reason, our ROKIDS in the last kindergarten year can decide for themselves which topics they want to deal with. These are determined once a month together with two specialists. The children record their ideas on a poster. During the month, offers are selected from these that highlight the topic from different perspectives. In this way, we pick up on children's interests and talents and maintain their joy for learning.
