Pedagogical and organizational contents
These are discussed by the specialists every morning in a short "flashlight" and in team meetings within the group. We also conduct regular "business meetings" with all employees to discuss current information, changes and important decisions. We are open to new ideas and suggestions.
Diversity of resources within the specialist staff
In our team, each specialist has two key areas, including the educational objectives of the Lower Saxony Orientation Plan for Education and Upbringing. In these areas the interests and strengths are systematically cultivated and used. This specialization ensures that well-trained contact persons are available for the most diverse interests of children and parents.
Employee survey
In order to determine the job satisfaction and motivation of employees as well as the quality of work processes, we regularly conduct employee surveys. The results are used for optimization processes. Regular repetitions also enable long-term evaluation from the employee's perspective.
